This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit yltronics.com or contact us through any of the channels published on this site (email, phone, WhatsApp, WeChat). It is written to align with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL).

2. What we collect

We keep what we collect deliberately small. Categories include:

• Information you give us directly — your name, company, email address, phone number, country, and any technical details (drawings, specifications, BOM) you choose to send when contacting us by email, WhatsApp or WeChat.
• Site analytics — pages viewed, the referring site or search, approximate country and city, device and browser type, collected with Google Analytics 4. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. How cookies are used differs by region; see section 8.
• Server logs — IP address and request metadata, retained short-term by our hosting provider for abuse prevention and infrastructure operations.

We do not set advertising cookies. We do not use behavioural retargeting. We do not sell personal information.

3. Why we use it

• Responding to your enquiry. Quoting, technical discussion, sample shipment, OEM project execution.
• Operating and improving the site. Analytics to see which pages buyers use and where they arrive from; server logs to monitor availability.
• Compliance and security. Logging for abuse prevention; record-keeping where required by law.

Legal bases under GDPR: performance of a contract or pre-contract steps (responding to your enquiry), legitimate interests (running and protecting the site), and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Who sees it

Inside Youlai, only the sales engineering and management staff who need it to respond to your enquiry. We do not share your information with marketing networks, advertising platforms or unrelated third parties.

Operational service providers we rely on include hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), site analytics (Google Analytics, provided by Google), email infrastructure and standard messaging platforms (WhatsApp, WeChat) when you choose to contact us through them. Each operates under their own privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Because we are based in China and our customers are global, communications and stored project files may be transferred between regions. Where personal data of EU/EEA, UK or Californian residents is involved, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or the analogous provisions of CCPA / PIPL.

6. Your rights

Subject to local law, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal record-keeping obligations).
• Object to processing or request restriction.
• Request data portability where applicable.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
• For California residents: the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to non-discrimination under CCPA.
• For PRC residents: the corresponding rights under PIPL.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at sales@yltronics.com with your request and how you'd like us to respond. We will reply within 30 days.

7. Retention

We retain your enquiry information for as long as your project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to three years) to support warranty, follow-up and OEM record-keeping obligations. Analytics event data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics. Server logs are kept for short rolling periods only.

8. Cookies and analytics

yltronics.com does not set advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security and bot mitigation when traffic passes through its network.

Google Analytics 4 runs on every page, in two modes:

• EEA, UK and Switzerland: analytics storage is off by default. No analytics cookies are written. Google still receives a page signal without a cookie identifier.
• Other regions: Google Analytics sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to two years) to tell new visits from returning ones.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all sites with Google's browser add-on.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit. No method is fully infallible; if you become aware of a security issue, please contact us immediately at sales@yltronics.com.

10. Children

yltronics.com is a B2B site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified by updating the page and, where appropriate, by direct contact to active enquirers.
