We keep what we collect deliberately small. Categories include:

• Aggregated server-side request metrics — basic page-request counts and infrastructure-level traffic shape derived from server / CDN logs. No client-side analytics beacon is installed on the site at this time. If we add aggregated, privacy-friendly site analytics in future, we will disclose it here and update the cookie section below.
• Server logs — IP address and request metadata, retained short-term by our hosting provider for abuse prevention and infrastructure operations.

We do not set advertising cookies. We do not use behavioural retargeting. We do not sell personal information.

• Responding to your enquiry. Quoting, technical discussion, sample shipment, OEM project execution.
• Operating and improving the site. Aggregated server-side request metrics to monitor site availability and overall traffic shape.

4. Who sees it

Inside Youlai, only the sales engineering and management staff who need it to respond to your enquiry. We do not share your information with marketing networks, advertising platforms or unrelated third parties.

Operational service providers we rely on include hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), email infrastructure and standard messaging platforms (WhatsApp, WeChat) when you choose to contact us through them. Each operates under their own privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Because we are based in China and our customers are global, communications and stored project files may be transferred between regions. Where personal data of EU/EEA, UK or Californian residents is involved, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or the analogous provisions of CCPA / PIPL.

Strictly necessary cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security and bot mitigation purposes when traffic passes through the Cloudflare network; these are exempt from consent requirements under most privacy laws. If we add aggregated site analytics or any other cookie-based services in future, we will publish an updated cookie policy here and obtain consent where required.

10. Children

yltronics.com is a B2B site for OEM buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
