Engineering Insights for Commercial-Vehicle Programs
Practical buyer guides for commercial-vehicle and machinery electronics — from power distribution and control modules to switches, sensors and displays.
How do I choose a fuse box for trucks and machinery?
Which published circuit step to land on, the fuse format on each rail, and the housing-plus-gauge mix — the decisions that get frozen into the drawing.
Read guideRelay box, fuse box or junction box — which one?
Architecture comparison, decision tree and OEM use cases. When to consolidate, when to split, and how the BCM changes the answer.
Read guideWhat does a heavy-truck BCM actually control?
The functions a body control module owns, where it sits on the CAN / J1939 bus, and how to write a BCM spec a supplier can build to.
Read guideWhat does a VCU do on an electric truck?
Torque coordination, regeneration and HV sequencing — how the VCU differs from the BCM and PMU, and how to write a VCU specification.
Read guideWhy move dash switches onto the CAN bus?
When a CAN switch panel beats hard-wired switches, the CAN vs LIN vs hard-wire trade-off, and how to specify one for a cab.
Read guideDoes a commercial vehicle really need a HUD?
Windshield vs combiner HUD, where the data comes from over CAN, and when a head-up display earns its place in a truck or bus cab.

Common questions before you send an RFQ. For project-specific details, talk to our team.
Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
We are a manufacturer in Changsha, China. Our team designs, builds and tests the electronics in-house under an IATF 16949 quality system.
Can you customize for our vehicle (OEM / ODM)?
Yes. Most programmes start from a published platform — circuit count, connectors, CAN / J1939, IP rating and housing. Where none fits, we take ODM design responsibility for a new part from your requirement.
How do I get a quote?
Reach out by email or WhatsApp. Sales takes the first reply and loops engineering in when the programme needs it, to check whether an existing platform fits or a custom build is the better route, then comes back with a quotation or the next technical questions.
