How to use this selector

The Switches & Sensors line covers several different part types that connect to the vehicle in different ways. Use this table as a selector:

  1. Filter by type — dashboard switch / control, in-vehicle sensor, passenger request button, or high-voltage pack protection.
  2. Filter by interface — how it connects: CAN bus, hard-wired, RF wireless, or an analogue sensor signal.
  3. Open the model page for full specs and connectors. For the switch-panel architecture decision, see the CAN bus switch panel guide; for tyre monitoring, the heavy-truck TPMS guide.

Switches, buttons and CAN panels are built to order under one IATF 16949 quality system. TPMS sensors and RF buttons pair with their Youlai receivers (EBX-957 / EBX-2404).

Reference specs, not a datasheet — confirm the exact build for your programme in an RFQ.

Narrowed your part shortlist? Send the model(s), voltage, interface and switch legend or sensor signal — we reply with the closest datasheet and quote.

Reference builds only; final legend, backlight, connector and pairing details are set per programme.

Common questions

CAN switch panel or hard-wired switch — which is better?

Use a CAN switch panel when the cab already has a body network and you want fewer hard wires, configurable messages and software-defined key functions. Use a hard-wired switch when the function is simple, local and cost-sensitive.

How do I choose between wired and wireless stop-request buttons?

Wired buttons are the default for new bus builds with planned harness branches. Wireless buttons reduce harness work for retrofit or accessibility positions and pair with the EBX-2404 receiver.

What is the difference between CGQ-024A and CGQ-012A?

CGQ-024A is a windscreen-bonded light-and-rain sensor for automatic wipers and headlamps. CGQ-012A is a sun-load / ambient-light sensor for automatic headlamps and climate solar compensation.

What do you need to quote switches or sensors?

Target vehicle, system voltage, interface type, switch legend or sensor signal, sealing requirement, connector preference, annual volume and target SOP date. For wireless parts, include the receiver and pairing count.
