Quality System for Commercial Vehicle Electronics
IATF 16949 manufacturing, environmental validation, EMC pre-compliance and IP65 / IP67 enclosure design — built into every OEM project from prototype to shipment.
OEM buyers in commercial-vehicle and construction-machinery programs qualify suppliers on the manufacturing system, test lab, documentation and batch discipline, not data-sheet promises.
Quality system highlights
IATF 16949 Manufacturing
IATF 16949 manufacturing with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC documentation for OEM sourcing and programme handover. Read more
In-house environmental lab + EMC pre-compliance
Temperature, humidity, salt-spray, dust, vibration, ESD and surge screening in-house; formal EMC compliance at accredited third-party labs. Read more
IP65 / IP67 Protection

What sits behind every shipment
Communication protocol stack
CAN 2.0 / CAN-FD / LIN / SAE J1939 / ISO 14229 UDS / ISO 15765 across BCM, VCU, PMU and switch-panel platforms. Compatibility tested against current OEM gateway / domain controller architectures.
Region-specific approvals
UNECE type approval / e-Mark, SASO/SABER, FCC equipment authorisation and any applicable DOT/FMVSS self-certification are available upon project requirement, not as catalogue certificates. See the OEM sourcing guide.
Lines, chambers and test rigs

We operate SMT and THT production lines. In-line inspection and other advanced equipment support annual capacity of 1.5 million sets. Our quality processes follow ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality-management requirements. Driven by original ideas, well-equipped production lines, trained employees and a disciplined quality-control system, every product passes through controlled quality checks before it leaves the factory.
The narration names ISO 9001 as well as IATF 16949. For this scope, IATF 16949 already includes ISO 9001. Verify certificates.

SMT & assembly equipment
SMT stations and the THT auto-flow line.
Environmental lab
Climate, thermal shock, water-spray, salt-spray and aging in this set, plus 2D dimensional inspection. Dust, vibration and mechanical shock are on the environmental + EMC page.
Electronic & EMC test rigs
In-house pre-compliance. Formal EMC certification, when a programme requires it, is at accredited third-party laboratories — methodology.

Eight software works registered in our own name
Firmware for our switch, power-distribution and instrument platforms is written by our own engineering team. The eight shown here are registered on China’s national software copyright register: central-console switch control, fireproof and smart power-distribution-box monitoring and control, TPMS receiver and transmitter, CAN-bus test and control, and CAN-bus cluster simulation and display. A registration is a copyright record rather than a patent. Further works are registered as firmware reaches a release-stable state; the current list and full PDFs go out during supplier qualification.
