After more than a decade of focused development, we have built extensive electronics design, manufacturing and systems-integration experience. Reverse and concurrent engineering methods support product development. 3D modelling, virtual assembly and motion simulation help safeguard development quality and schedules.
What our manufacturing footprint looks like
SMT, THT and assembly under one roof
Power distribution, control modules, switches and displays are built on our own lines, in high-mix, mid-volume runs for OEM programmes. Changsha is certified to IATF 16949.
In-house environmental lab + EMC pre-compliance
In-house work is environmental testing and EMC pre-compliance. Formal EMC certification, when a programme requires it, runs at third-party accredited laboratories.
OEM project workflow
Drawings, samples and validation are scoped per programme, and a programme can start from your drawing or from a requirement we design to. PPAP is submitted at the level agreed in the customer's specific requirements — not one package on every OEM programme.

Youlai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is based in the Changsha International Enterprise Centre, in the construction-machinery capital of China. It develops, manufactures, sells and services automotive electrical and electronic products. We manufacture vehicle body control modules (BCMs), central power distribution boxes, unit control modules, power window switches, CAN-bus switches, high-voltage distribution boxes for new-energy vehicles, and high- and low-voltage wiring harnesses and other automotive electronics.
