Who we are

Engineering-led, OEM-only, commercial-vehicle focused

Youlai started in 2014 as a Tier-1 / Tier-2 supplier for Chinese commercial-vehicle and construction-machinery OEMs. We design and manufacture vehicle electronics for OEM programs: power distribution, body control, switching, sensing and display systems.

Today, four product families cover the main electronic systems in a modern commercial vehicle. In-house engineering, prototyping, SMT/THT production and environmental validation keep development and manufacturing under one quality system.

We do not sell through retail aftermarket channels. Every order is handled as an OEM project: drawings, BOM review, samples, validation and mass production.

SMT, THT and assembly under one roof

Power distribution, control modules, switches and displays are built on our own production lines, in high-mix, mid-volume runs sized for OEM programs.

In-house environmental lab + EMC pre-compliance

Temperature, humidity, salt spray, dust, vibration, ESD and surge tests help catch enclosure and electronics risks before shipment.

OEM project workflow

Every order follows an OEM project path: drawings, samples, validation, PPAP and mass production, with custom NBX / EBX variants (circuit count, sealing, connectors, CAN protocol) handled as standard work.
