Overview
The JDK-901 is the everyday rocker switch for a cab dashboard — a paddle the driver presses to operate a function, with a hinged protective cover that guards the actuator. The legend sits on a separate legend cap, not on the protective cover. It is a 24 V part (18–32 VDC), holds a −30 to +85 °C working range (−40 to +90 °C in storage) and is rated IP53 for a dashboard position. The paddle rocks through a defined 15° and the switch is rated for more than 50,000 operations. The body and base are moulded in glass-filled PA66-GF15, the paddle in ABS, and the protective cover and legend cap in PC.
What makes it useful on a build is that it is designed to be configured rather than fixed. Multiple JDK-901 switches gang together into a single instrument-panel cluster, the position wiring diagram is adjusted per requirement, and both the legend (the printed symbol / text) and the legend-cap colour are customizable — so one switch body serves many dashboard functions across a vehicle range.
Terminals & mating harness
The switch base carries eight copper blade terminals, with the base moulding marked 2 / 4 / 6 / 8. Youlai lists two compatible mating harness boots, so the same switch drops onto either an 8-wire or a 2-wire loom:

Configurable dashboard cluster
The JDK-901 is meant to be repeated. Several switches sit side by side in one panel opening to form a tidy multi-switch cluster, so a cab can present a row of matching rockers for lights, auxiliaries, PTO and other cab functions. The legend on each switch is customizable, so every position reads clearly, and the legend-cap colour can be changed to code a function or match the cab trim. Feel, sealing & durability
A dashboard rocker is pressed thousands of times over a vehicle’s life, so the JDK-901 is specified for service life and a dashboard environment. It is rated for more than 50,000 operations with a defined 15° throw, and it is rated IP53 — dust-protected and protected against spraying water at an angle, which suits an in-cab dashboard position rather than an exposed or wash-down location. It holds the −30 to +85 °C working range of a cab-interior part, with storage to −40 to +90 °C. The protective cover keeps the paddle and legend guarded in daily use.

Built under IATF 16949 with APQP project planning and a PPAP package available for OEM programmes.
